CIARO - “Center for Intelligence Analysis, Research & Operations”, is a non-profit think tank, created under the mandates of 6 USC 331(c); specializing in the advancement and support of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) and National Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States of America, Romania and not only.
CIARO's primary mission objectives and goals are consistent and in support of the National Security Act of 1947; 50 USC 401.
The CIARO’s role is to provide timely, insightful, objective and relevant intelligence about the activities, capabilities, plans and intentions of all institutions, organizations, persons and their agents to inform decisions on national security issues and events. We do not make policy or policy recommendations. Instead, our Center serves as an independent source of information for people who do.
